On November 7th, Haworth and Florida Business Interiors sponsored an Evening of Cooking at NoHo Bistro in Tampa. This event was a great networking opportunity and a lot of fun for local designers. The chefs/owners of NoHo Bistro, Jessica and Tina, specially created a four course meal for our group with wine pairings to go with each dish. They then demonstrated how to prepare each dish, with helpful tips on saving and time and enjoying the cooking experience, as well as insider information to find special ingredients. After their demonstration, everyone was able to enjoy those courses with their wine. At the end of the night, everyone was given recipe cards to take home as well as a gift bag of specialty apples and the makings for the Rustic Apple Tart that completed our meal.
